Registering a dispute with Dubai Land Department - AED 6,000 + 5% VAT

Includes:

Legal drafting, translating and notarising Power of Attorney document
Legal drafting, translating and sending one Legal Notice
Collecting all relevant documents
Opening a case with the Rental Dispute Center (costs for translation, DLD fees and other fees relating to DLD not included)
Guidance once Dispute is opened – including online account with DLD
